How to add/edit/delete product video?
Admin User has an option to present product on a video. It can be done by uploading a video of a product from file, or by providing video URL.
Add new product video
By clicking on menu Plugins/Product Video/Add new, form for adding new video for product opens:
- Products - Search for product by the name.
- Video type - Choose Upload video or Youtube playlist.
- Video title - Enter the title of video.
- Description - Enter the description of video.
- Video URL - Enter the URL of video (first option).
- Upload video - Upload a video (second option).
- Enable - Button for the visibility of video on the Product page.
In field for searching products, Admin User types parts of name or SKU of the product he/she want to add and the list of available products shows. After entering all the requierd fields and choosing the product, depending on the chosen way to add video (Video URL/Upload Video), Admin User either provides valid Youtube or Vimeo link, or upload video from certain file.
If admin had selected the wrong product for which the video is adding, he/she can remove it from the form, and add another one.
All product videos
By choosing menu Plugins/Product Video/All, the list of all product videos is shown. Admin has an option for advanced search and sorting by ID, Video Title, Type, Product video, Youtube, Vimeo and Enabled (Yes/No). Also, Admin User can choose how many product videos he/she wants to view per page (10, 20, or 30 product videos).
Edit product video
By clicking on button for editing in the last column of the table for certain product video in the list, Edit product video page opens.
Delete video
Admin User can delete product videos. It can be done one by one, but also by selecting multiple product videos and clicking on button for delete in the bottom of the page.
